RETURN POLICY
At Relokart, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our product kits. Our policy offers hassle-free replacements in the rare instance you find any product within the kit unsatisfactory. Here's what you need to know:
1. Replacement Period:
Replacements are accepted within 72 hours from the date of delivery or pickup and apply to individual product(s) and not the entire kit.
2. Eligibility:
• Replacement shall only be provided in case a wrong or a product with manufacturing defect(within the kit) is delivered.
• To qualify for a replacement, the product(s) must be unused and in it’s original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure secure packaging to prevent any damage to the product during transit.
3. Submission Process:
While submitting a replacement request to our email address support@relokart.in, include clear pictures highlighting and mentioning the specific issue with the product in question.
4. Return Pickup:
• We will initiate the pickup in 1-3 working days. Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our quality team. After careful inspection, we will issue a replacement to the same address.
• Please note that this whole process may take upto 2-3 weeks.
Note
• In an event that the product(s) is found to be used or in an unsuitable condition, a replacement will not be issued.
• Replacements are not accepted for specific color or design requests.
REFUND POLICY
At Relokart, we follow a No-Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for any purchased items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product within the kit, you have the option to request a replacement.
